Delaware Public Purchasing Association, Inc

​ In January 2000, the Delaware Chapter of NIGP was granted it's official Charter, after branching off of it's parent Chapter, the Pennsylvania Public Purchasing Association (PAPPA) and the DPPA started with 15 members.
