Travis Crawford- Delaware River and Bay Authority
Travis Crawford is the Procurement and Contracts Manager for the Delaware River and Bay Authority, a bi-state agency charged with providing and maintaining transportation links between the states of Delaware and New Jersey. Travis resides in Wilmington with his family.
Amy Cresto– Bethany Beach Police Department
Amy moved to Sussex County in 2001 from New Castle County and began working for a law firm in Georgetown. Later she was hired by the Bethany Beach Police Department in 2013 as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police. I have been involved in purchasing my entire career
Rhonda Figueroa—Dover Police Department
Rhonda Figueroa is the Central Services Coordinator for Dover Police Department. She is the Fleet Manager and also handles Procurement and Inventory for the department since May 2015. Rhonda has an Associate’s degree in Accounting and is currently working towards her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Finance at Wilmington University .
Ruthena Gdedma- Department of Health and Social Services
Ruthena Gbedema started working for the State of Delaware almost three years ago as the Administrative Specialist for the ACT Case Management Unit, in Human Resources at DHSS. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Contract Management and Acquisition from the University of Maryland in 2018. In July of 2018 she transitioned into her current position as a Management Analyst II with the Contract Management and Procurement Unit at DHSS.
Shawnte Manning– City of Wilmington
Shawnte has been with the City of Wilmington for the past five years starting as an Accounts Payable Clerk. In May of 2017, she obtained her Accounts Payable Certification and is currently working as a Purchasing Technician. Beside working full time, Shawnte is a student at Wilmington University and is studying Organizational Management. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and she is excited to be one of the newest members
Caroline Walker—Delaware Rive and Bay Authority
Carolyn has been with the Delaware River & Bay Authority for about two years under the Finance Department assisting Property Management and Legal. She recently transferred to Procurement as Contract Administrator assisting with administering contracts for DRBA projects, services, and purchasing. Carolyn holds BA of Arts in English from Florida State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration at Rutgers-Camden
